FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE CUSTOMER

1.The offer is valid from  8th April until 30th April

2.Customer must meet the minimum purchase requirement (RM 300) to be eligible for a free gift.

3.Free gifts are assigned based on the minimum purchase and cannot be selected, exchanged for cash, or swapped for other items.

4.If customer spends RM300 and above, they get free gift worth RM29

5.If customer spends RM500 and above, they get free gift worth RM49

6.The Free Gift offer is valid only for successful orders placed via our official online store/platforms.

7.Each customer is entitled to one (1) free gift per order/parcel, regardless of the number of items purchased in a single transaction.

8.The gift will be automatically included inside the parcel during the packing process.

9.Images of gifts used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only; the actual gift may vary in color, model, or type.

10.Free gifts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

11.If a customer returns their entire order for a refund, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unopened condition.

12.We reserve the right to end the promotion early without prior notice.

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR WALK-IN-CUSTOMER

1.Promotion is valid from 8 April 2026 to 30 April 2026 only.

2.This promotion is applicable for walk-in retail customers & online. 

3.Customer must meet the minimum purchase requirement to participate in the Spin the wheel and Turbo Turn.

4.One participation is limited to one receipt only.

5.Customer is required to complete the customer data form (Name, Phone Number & Email – all compulsory) to be eligible.

6.Customer must spin once per eligible transaction.

7.If customer wants to get an extra chance to spin the wheel ( Turbo Turn Chance), they must follow BESS social media before proceeding to

extra spin chance.

8.Free Gifts are not exchangeable.

9.BESS Computer Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, modify, extend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice.

10.Staff and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

11.By participating, customers acknowledge and agree that BESS Computer Sdn Bhd reserves the right to take photographs and/or video recordings of the activities and the free gift presentation.
