ii) Pricing Policy
This site contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on the site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order or proposing similar product replacement.
We will not process your order until we receive your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious or unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we are not obliged to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price. If you do not agree to the revised price, order will be cancelled and money will be refunded to you in full amount.
BESS reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website at any time.

iii) Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation By BESS
In the event customer has placed order and the item is out of stock or EOL (end of life), we will inform you the estimate time of arrival, suggest you to consider other similar model/brand or cancel and refund to you.
Once customer order cancellation is approved, customer will be required to fill up a refund form and email back to BESS (email@example.com) to process the refund. Kindly be informed that banking process may take up 14 working days
Customer can request for order cancellation via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Once the cancellation have been approved, customer will be required to fill up a refund form and email back to BESS (email@example.com) to process the refund.
**Cancellation will not be accepted once online have been shipped out
**Cancellation request by customer will be subjected to 10% restocking charges or RM 20 minimum restocking charges (*whichever higher) that will be deducted from the refund amount
**Cancellation will be subjected to terms & conditions of the supplier
**Kindly be informed that banking process may take up to 14 working days
iv) PWP Policy
From time to time, we run PWP (purchase with purchase) promotion for purchase above certain amount spent. For example, customer has to spend min RM100 then be eligible to purchase PWP item at a very special price as indicated by the deal (min spend may change, based on individual promotion). PWP item is limited 1 unit per customer. Customer must choose the PWP item and make payment in the same transaction. PWP promo is not valid after payment is made.
v) Re-Print of Invoice
Kindly email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) first before paying for the reprint of BESS Invoice, so that we can provide you with reprint instructions. Before proceeding to request for reprint, kindly ensure that the item is purchased from BESS. Do note that a processing fee of RM5 will be charged and no refund will given after the reprint.
vi) Forfeit of Order
Self pick-up order must be collected within 90 days from the purchase date. Failure to collect the order within the 90 days timeframe will result in the forfeit of the order and with no refund.
vii) Installation of Hardware
No installation services provided is unless stated in the product description.
viii) Free Gift
Free gift are given on complimentary basis and not entitled for exchange and warranty. During promotion, free gift may be limited to only 1 unit per customer.
Customers sometimes are required to redeem at 3rd party service website, depending on the individual brand’s promotion. BESS will not assume any responsibility or liability for the redeemed gift or items by third party services.
BESS may include links or access to third party services. Such access will not be construed as an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. BESS exercises no control whatsoever over such other third party services, and is not responsible or liable for the availability, functioning, or quality thereof or the content, advertising, products or other materials thereon. BESS will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss (including data loss) incurred or suffered by you in connection therewith. Your access and use of third party services, including information, material, products and offers therein, is solely at your own risk. Use of third party services may require your agreement to separate written terms and conditions.
BESS shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or non-delivery of Gift item not being delivered.
BESS reserves the right to alter, cancel, extend, terminate or suspend the redeemed item or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and condition from time to time, with or without any prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the redeemed item, the decision of BESS shall be final.
If the choice of gift Item(s) is/are unavailable reason being the item(s) is/are temporarily out of stock or discontinued, BESS or vendors has the right to replace it with a substitute or similar value. All gift Item(s) are available only while stocks last.
