Delivery Information

Shipping Policy

We currently only provide shipping within Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.)

We will ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipping address during your purchase. Please ensure that correct address and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order.

We shall not be liable to any losses or damages in the event of an incorrect shipping address or unreachable phone number is provided.

Please note that, the shipment delivery lead time and self pick-up lead time will start on the next working day after your purchase.

You can choose to collect your purchases at our HQ or Bandar Bukit Tinggi outlets:

Once the order is ready for collection, we will send you an SMS message or email notification or phone call.

* Self pick-up hours will be subjected to change due to public holiday.
* We strongly encourage customer to inspect the purchased item during self pick-up, BESS will not be liable to any damaged or missing item once customer leaves the outlet. (except defect cover by warranty). 
* Self pick-up order must be collected within 90 days from the date of purchase. Failure to collect the order within the 90 days timeframe will result in the forfeit of the order and with no refund.

Shipping Time

All orders are delivered through our designated courier service providers.

If customer orders large or bulky items, we reserve the right to cancel as the courier service may not be able to fulfil the order. However, customer can always opt for self pick-up at our selected outlets.

BESS will use its reasonable endeavours to ship out your order within the stated time frame, however BESS may not be able to ensure that these time frames will always be met, as many factors may affect the delivery schedule.

For Peninsular Malaysia

It usually takes between 2-5 working days* (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 8:30am to 5:30pm weekdays only.

*Subject to limitation of courier service. In the event of holiday or sale event or natural disaster, the delivery might be delayed

For East Malaysia

It usually takes between 7-14 working days* (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 8:30am to 5.30pm weekdays only.

For Pre-Order
We may not be able to guarantee the estimated shipping date for pre-order item. We will ship out the pre-order item, the moment the item arrived.

Pre-order may also be delayed subject to processes/approval from Malaysian Customs Department or any Malaysia’s governmental agency.

**Kindly be informed that due to festive season (eg. Christmas, Chinese New Year & Hari Raya), online orders received are not guaranteed to arrive on time. The delay may be due to cut off date set by our third party courier service provider or overcapacity. 

**BESS does not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays caused by our third party delivery courier service providers. 



Tracking Number 

Once we processed the order, you will receive a tracking number.

You may also visit the link below to track your shipment once you have received the tracking number.




**The courier company may take up to 48 hours to update the tracking number into the tracking system. Please contact us again if you are still unable to track your order.

Risk of Loss 

Every parcel delivered held a risk of being misplaced or damaged. It is strongly recommended to purchase additional insurance coverage especially for high-risk products as each parcel only has a basic coverage. In the event of such cases, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, it is advisable to check with your neighbours and family members to confirm if they have receive the item on behalf.

Risk of loss will be passed to customer once the carrier service provider picks up the parcel or once customer self pick-up the item at outlet. For claimant of basic insurance, please contact the respective courier service directly.


Return & Refund Policy

1. Buyers are NOT ALLOWED TO CANCEL pre-oreder items once payment has been made. Please note that PAYMENT FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

2. If your order is out of stock or not available currently, you will always be call with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for the item. For cancellation, please contact us for arrangement and refund. We apologize for any inconvenience.

3. Buyer will receive an notification email from BESS Computer after Order Confirmation.

4. Payment is due immediately upon Order Confirmation to have smooth shipping & delivery process.


Product Exchange Policy (Online Purchase)

1.  One to One exchange of products within 5 days is applicable for web store purchase, applicable for selected products only. The exchange is also subject to stock availability and if only:

     - The product is verified as 'Manufacturer's Defect' after checking by our technician team.

     - The product, product’s packaging and all its original content (including accessories, any software and manuals) is complete and in good condition.

     - The product is accompanied with original purchase receipt

2. Please take note that products such as Projectors, Monitors, Software, Branded Desktops, Printers, Laptops and consumables (e.g. Ink Cartridges or Toners) are not available for a One to One exchange and must be sent to manufacturer’s service center for any required warranty services.

3. Exchange request for product which is working fine but found incompatible with customer’s PC or laptop will not be entertained.

4. For exchange or warranty purposes, customer will need to email to us within 5 days from the date of invoice, at, include the following details in the email – Order No, Invoice no, Contact No, Product to exchange and Faulty Reason. Our customer service will contact you and provide you with complete return instructions.

5. Customers will have to bear the postage fees for shipping items(s) back to us for exchange process.
