26 SALES 

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE CUSTOMER

1.The offer is valid from  1stMay until 15thMay

2.Customers must meet the minimum purchase requirement (RM 2000) to be eligible for a free gift.

3.Free gifts are assigned based on the minimum purchase and cannot be selected, exchanged for cash, or swapped for other items.

4.If a customer meets the minimum purchase of RM 2000, they’ll receive a free gift worth RM 40-159.

5.If a customer meets the minimum purchase of RM 4000, they’ll receive a free gift worth RM 200-300.

6.The Free Gift offer is valid only for successful orders placed via our official online store/platforms.

7.Each customer is entitled to one (1) free gift per order/parcel, regardless of the number of items purchased in a single transaction.

8.The gift will be automatically included inside the parcel during the packing process.

9.Images of gifts used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only; the actual gift may vary in color, model, or type.

10.Free gifts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

11.If a customer returns their entire order for a refund, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unopened condition.

12.Free Delivery  is only applicable for selected areas: Klang, PJ, Subang, Shah Alam & Port Klang.

13.Delivery address must be within the stated coverage areas.

14.Free Delivery applies to standard ground floor delivery only.

15.Additional charges may apply for urgent delivery, upper floor delivery, bulky items, or special handling.

16.Subject to stock availability and delivery slot availability.

17.We reserve the right to end the promotion early without prior notice.

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Promotion is valid from 1 May 2026 to 15 May 2026 only.

2.This promotion is applicable for walk-in retail customers & online. 

3.Customers must meet the minimum purchase requirement to participate in the Spin the Wheel.

4.One participation is limited to one receipt only.

5.Customers are required to complete the customer data form (Name, Phone Number & Email – all compulsory) to be eligible.

6.Customers are required to purchase promotional products to meet their eligibility to participate in Spin the Wheel activity.

7.If a customer wants to get a FREE Regular Mouse Pad, they must follow BESS social media before proceeding to earn their Instant free gift.

8.If a customer spends RM2000 and above, they're eligible to spin the wheel twice.

9.If a customer spends RM4000 and above, they're eligible to spin the wheel 5 times.

10.Free Gifts are not exchangeable.

11.BESS Computer Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, modify, extend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice.

12.Staff and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

13.By participating, customers acknowledge and agree that BESS Computer Sdn Bhd reserves the right to take photographs and/or video recordings of the activities and the free gift presentation.
